Musculoskeletal System:
When the body is stressed, muscles tense up, guarding against injury and pain. With sudden stress muscles tense up all at the same time then release when the stress passes. Chronic stress causes the muscles to be tense for long periods of time and this can trigger other body systems to act and cause related disorders such as headaches, constipation and fatigue.
Relaxation techniques effectively reduce muscle tension. These techniques include massage, meditation, hot baths and sleep.
Sounds like a good holiday doesn’t it? 🙂

This is the right site for anybody who would like to find out
about this topic. You understand so much its
almost hard to argue with you (not that I
personally would want to…HaHa). You definitely put a fresh spin on a subject which has been discussed for a
long time. Excellent stuff, just great!
